My Story

I’m Henry, one of the physiotherapists at the South West Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre. I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on April 6, 2025, on behalf of the Centre.

Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, the centre welcomed me as a volunteer in the exercise classes and oxygen therapy where I was inspired by the members and staff alike. I am motivated by hearing and seeing the challenges faced by people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and am determined to make a difference. The South West MS Therapy Centre provides crucial support, therapies, and resources for individuals living with MS, helping them manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Running the half marathon is my way of giving back to the community and supporting an organisation that plays a vital role in the lives of many. The funds raised will directly contribute to the Centre's programs, ensuring that those affected by MS receive the care and assistance they need. By participating in the marathon, I hope to raise awareness about MS and inspire others to contribute to this worthy cause.
